Works brilliantly!
Solved my problem where I have an older style home theatre receiver that requires both hdmi input for video and rca audio or optical cable audio. Lets me plug in my Telstra Roku but it can also be used for occasionally plugging in a laptop or playstation or set top box that only have hdmi outputs.. Its only a 1080P output . I haven't tried it on 4K so i cant say if that works. I haven't tried it on ARC function either. Mine didnt come with a 5 volt supply but you can use a usb cable or a cheap 5 volt supply to run it. Good value for money. I positioned mine in a corner with so I can easily get to it and swap out the inputs if and when I need to plug in a different source.
