This is not a low pass filter.

I set all my filters using test tones and oscilloscope. You can verify this yourself. Play an 80hz test tone and measure the Vac coming out of the RCAs or out the amplifier with speakers unplugged. You will see voltage decrease or increases the entire sweep of the knob. This is correct for the gain knob but incorrect for the frequency knob. Both knobs are simply gain controls.
