Works as expected
I ordered the replacement cup holder for my Pajero as the spring/lever on the original one was broken owing to misuse. The product ordered was true to description and works as expected.
My car has black interiors and so the grey color of the product is not a direct match, however this was known when i ordered it. Some spray paint or plastidip should help address the color.

Versatile product but poor battery life
Amazing product with great versatility.
Been using mine for a year and 7 months now, however now the battery has died and it shows the blinking red light - 24 times. Customer care is organising a replacement battery at no cost but i would have expected longer life from the battery.

Good replacement option but check wattage rating
Good replacement fit for the LED downlights on my Technika rangehood. The metallic clamps seem more sturdy than the plastic ones on the original which broke owing to heat, thereby needing a replacement.
However, the wattage for these LEDs are different from OEM, as a result of which when connected these draw more power and the lights dont work. I therefore connected one of these lamps and inserted in the LED from one of the originals into this casing to make the circuit work. Not an issue with the product, but something to keep in mind when ordering a replacement.
