  I placed an order with this seller for an item listed.After following the progress of the shipment - from PA to CA when it's supposed to be delivered to FL????- USPS said the item arrived 1/10/25. It never got to me. After contacting the seller I was told the item was "mistakenly re-listed". Could the seller have reached out to me to inform me of the situation? Apparently Not. I Will Not buy from that seller Again!!!!!

  So dude cancels my Buy It Now purchase after the fact and refunds my money. His listings then have similar items at twice the price. Okay, if you don't want to sell an item at the listed price, why not just delete the listing BEFORE a buyer purchases it? I guess an Ebay purchase is only binding on the buyer, not the seller. As a buyer, I get strikes and banned if I don't pay for a purchase.
