Great book! Insightful for everyone!
This is a great book. The title caught my eye one day as I was at a medical conference. I would assess myself as a happy person. I read the book to learn what contributes to happiness. I found the book to be insightful and very interesting. I would highly recommend it to anyone.

Great lights for your bike. I have a set and love them. Unfortunately, I don't think Trek is making them any longer. Get them if you can!
