Great phone. Better then expected

I ordered this phone expecting to get a 7/10 phone. But it was more like a 9/10. Very minimal to 0 scratches. Only issues I found with this device was that it was stuck on Android 8.0. I had to manually update it to 9.0 on my computer. Called lg about this. And they said I couldn't update ota because it wasn't probably unlocked. Once I manually updated it though I was able to use it on T-Mobile, Verizon, and att with no issues.
