42" Bradley Sports Tube

Received a butyl rubber tube advised to be inflated to 40" with a max diameter of 42" when heated up by the sun. The valve stem is short as advertised. Easily fits an adult. Big for a child-they would fall through the center. We bought a three pack and used them for a week on the Merced River in Yosemite Valley with no issues. There is a size discrepancy in the description-it is not a 44" tube. The tubes also did not inflate in a perfect donut shape even though a hand pump was used. No bulges, but a couple of the tubes where definitely skinnier on one side. Not a big deal though. I couldn't find anything cheaper that wasn't a vinyl tube and will likely buy more.
