Helpful
This program helps get you out of the "stuck" place with new insights and perspectives. I loved being right, but now I love being happier. Dr. Phil takes no whiny prisoners. Despite the claims, I don't see how this could work if your partner does not also participate. To my surprise, mine did with the audio version. Hmmm...if they had not, I suppose that would have told me something anyway?

Not At All Rapid, But Some Progress
This stuff made some difference - eventually. I used it twice a day and after a couple of months, the dark spots on my face had faded some. They were less visible under makeup. It's better than Olay, which did nothing at all. But not remotely rapid and not a miracle. I'd like to find something better in this price range.

Charming!
Matt Damon is fabulous in this part. The kids are adorable. Sweet underdog story.. I saw it in the theater and am now giving it s a gift.
