My "Go-To" Sleep Aid
I have used Best-Rest for several years. The combination contained works great for me each and ever time. Whenever I feel restless or more awake that I should be, I take 2 capsules about 30 minutes before bedtime, sit down with a good book and let the drowsiness creep over me. I prefer this over the prescription products, as the Best-Rest has never left me with the "hangover" effect in the morning. Like most other commonly products used to treat insomnia or sleeplessness, Best-Rest is not listed as a controlled substance by the DEA or prescription product by the FDA. It would probably be sure to follow the directions and talk to your primary care provider before beginning the product. Pregnant women will want to avoid this product and others containing melatonin.

Great Long-lasting Sock
I have been wearing this sock for years. They maintain their compression very well if cared for. Looks like the may be discontinued now, but if you have a chance to get them, do it!
