Excellent statistics book for health personell

A nice book to learn or review well all the medical statistics: it is well explained and for those who have a good mathematical background can learn the mathematical basis on biostats' general assumptions. Its target is anyone involved in health and wanting to know more about statistics/research. Also a good tool to prepare a study analysis.
