Slippery and thick, but quality all around
The Wrinkle 2 is a quality knife. The blade steel holds a sharp edge and the flip open feature is smooth and fast thanks to the IKBS system. On the other hand, the handle has some design issues. The handle is thicker than it needs to be... think, "feels like twice as thick as the original Ripple with frame lock". Though this knife has thick aluminum slabs, it's not too thick as to be uncomfortable and is still light enough for edc. The Wrinkle design feature give it's handle a nice looking texture, but the feeling in hand is very smooth and almost slippery if not for the contours that give your 3 fingers purchase. Yes, if you wear size medium gloves or bigger, your pinky will be finding a spot to hold onto. Even with all these nit picks... the Winkle 2 is still worth considering because the sum is still greater than it's parts.
Oh yes, the pocket clip. It's a Ken Onion knife, so it's weird but functional.
