  Bought a plumping lipstick that doesn’t plump. Arrived in good time, packaging seems ok. But when I contacted seller to try & get assistance… Seller refused to accept product didn’t work. After several emails back & forth I have asked for a refund. They’ve responded “nice try”. Very rude, no attempt to resolve the issue with me, offer a replacement or partial reimbursement. Very disappointed.
