I was sent an item which did not fit my vehicle and was defective. Upon return request, the seller started bargaining on how much refund they would offer. First it was $5/-; I rejected it and then they came back with $10/- when I requested a full refund. Contacted eBay on their money back guarantee and they said that their hands are tied as they cannot open a refund case, as I had accidentally closed it. This is ridiculous. Buyer beware of Ebay's Money Back guarantee!!!
