Superb Album!
This is a truly fantastic album by the very underated XTC. Written and recorded after the band had given up playing live this album makes full use of the recording studio & the outcome is a brilliant album from start to finish. Very, very English sounding, great-catchy pop songs full of wonderful harmonies & melodies with elements of folk-rock & and psychedelia. Lead singers Andy Partridge & Colin Moulding complement each other really well and at times this album sounds very much like the later periods of The Beatles or The Beach Boys. Well recommended, but be warned, these songs will stay in your head for days, I go to bed with them playing in my mind and wake up to them the same!!!

SUPERB!
Excellent double CD of all the Thompson Twins recordings from the 'Quick Step & Side Kick' period. A Bit pricey but well worth it as the CD is long since deleted & personally I prefer a CD to a download or a whole collection of scratchy, old crackly vinyl or hissy cassettes!!!
