The product was not stereo as described and as such the seller refunded me. The seller was slow in communicating (even after designated holiday end date) and only refunded me when I made it an eBay case... Note that none of these cheap headsets from this seller or others are stereo (as some describe) and do not have separate left and right channels - so best asking first... The seller has only themselves to blame for this response and they misrepresented the product and tried ignoring me
