  This seller just cancelled my order for no reason, and when I checked with ebay the seller said there were issues with my mailing address. when I checked my address on my account it was perfect. I subsequently ordered from another seller without issue. I did contact the seller asking what the cancellation reason was twice,, with no response.

  I have had a very negative response to date with this purchase and posibly the seller or even ebay. Received the Heater element and it was poorly packaged but after openning, the unit was bent but also did not operate. I was notified through ebay this item could not be returned but I would assume ebay would support my notification the unit is not operative. I am waitng on a further response from bets-9126 (118) or ebay before follow up with paypal. Please let me know your decisions,
