Negative feedback for very poor customer service and the product provided was junk. seller didn't want to replace defective items but wanted me to purchase more. I stated in my message to them that I would end up breaking to find out which end was broken. able to fix broken items, but cracked cases to open and fix see pictures. the contacts in the receptacle were not making contact with the wire when inserted... manufacturing defect. my worse experience ever on eBay...not recommended.
