This manual contains a wealth of information.
Richard Lee not only provides reloading tables, the first 150+ pages he dedicates to passing on lessons learned over a lifetime.
If you have been reloading for years it’s a great refresher and likely contains nuggets of information that will be new to you.
If you are new to reloading, this book will provide a solid foundation into both the science and the art of reloading.
