It works
This nut does what it's designed to do...It holds the bit securely in the collet.

It does the job.
Collet nuts are consumables. Expect to replace them. This nut arrived within a reasonable amount of time, and does the job.

Don't try this at home.
The battery seems to work. However, the phone case was very difficult to take apart. The plastic tool that came with the battery was good for only one opening procedure. And the battery was glued down. Removal was made possible by using a flexible glue spreading tool to slip between the battery and the case. None of the tools fit the two screws locking the case together. I needed to modify an allen wrench to fit.
The replacement was difficult. The phone works!
