    The rhizomes were small, did not appear freshly cut. I contacted the seller, I was told they were freshly cut and sending plants by mail that this was to be expected. I also purchased 10 rhizomes from another seller who sent outstanding plants. I would not order from the first seller again. I was also told I was their only complaint on file.

    You forgot to mention that I offered you a refund and you refused it. You also forgot to mention I sent extra rhizomes along with forgetting to include the picture you sent me (threatened me to post it, i said please go ahead) which would show buyers that you are not correct in your assumptions. You're STILL the only complaint on file for any rhizome I've sold in any colors which have been over 100 sales. Some people you just cant make happy.

Looks like a child phone
Low quality. Not sure how this plastic is going to handle being dropped. Not suitable for daily use, no charger access available. Have to remove phone. I would only use this while fishing or kayaking. Purchased for a daily case but simply will not work out as one. The plastic is so big and clunky, it looks very cheap and looks like a play phone for a child.
