Good but small
Worked well for mounting a camera on the chest, would have been 5 stars but it's a tight fit on an average size body, and very tight with more than a thin layer of clothing. (With the straps adjusted to their biggest)

Quite tollerable
The first couple of times I took this I noticed a boost of concentration, sadly it was spent adding items to my Ebay watch list and watching rubbish on YouTube. Since then it has been one among other daily supplements taken for wellbeing and it does not seem to disagree with any of them. Sadly gelatine caps so no Veggie friends will be trying it.
