  I purchased an item which turned out to be faulty despite the fact it was advertised as used but in good working condition. Seller was responsive and suggested me to return the item but this is practically false advertisement and a waste of my time. Mistakes can happen yes but the seller did not seem to be fully aware of what they`re selling as they reacted surprised when I told them the item was faulty (yet advertised as good working condition). Not satisfied with the seller.

  Then why not send it back? I find it suspicious that you complain something doesn't work, request a refund but make no effort to return it. Or did you, like a few others in my experience, expect me to refund you without you returning it? Not satisfied with buyer.
