Easy read with good techniques.
So far I've only used one technique as I only just got it recently. However, that technique is working! I was perpetually late. I've been known for this trait since a teenager and it's actually really annoying and stressful to myself and others. I have now been getting my kids to school 5-8 minutes early without even getting flustered or much rushing. I have been 5 minutes early to appointments and catch ups with friends! This may not seem like much to anyone who is punctual by nature, but believe me...it's amaaaazing to me. I'm going to continue doing that for about a month to really integrate it into my system and am really excited to use this technique and others to see what else I can create in my life.
