Its ok

Picked this up for a project hoping it was better than others. But, it's not. Cons First, *The resolution is not the best for a 1200tvl. *The on board IR LED's are useless, 2 feet in total darkness. *It gets pretty warm if on for longer than a minute, tells me it won't last. Pros *Audio is great, very good volume and picks up sounds good. * Low light cmos is decent with a good IR Ied array or multiple 1watt luxeon star type IR LED's. *Small size. If your looking for a good hd type cam this is NOT IT. If you want a cam for low light conditions as bought, this will work but with a proper led array, not with the stock on board LED's. It's ok but definitely could be much better. Not recommended if you need high quality video resolution.

What review?

It sure would be nice if people would "review" ... Instead if "great camera" or "works good"... How bout reviewing it, quality of unit, is the plastic case or battery door easily damaged or can break easy, picture quality, video quality, how long do the Batts last, is it heavy, how small/ big is it, is/are the strap/cable mounts good, how the range is day versus night....??? Get with it people and learn to review what you bought..
