I am a life long 200 lb+ runner, main sport is rowing. I pronate. I have worn Nike Pegasus for years. The SenseboostGo has surpassed Nike for runners like me. Wider heel base for better stability. And Adidas soles last longer than Nike. If you are running 2-6 miles a day, give these shoes a try.

Can’t Hurt Me by David Goggins
My city has a wonderful library system, but I bought this book. I follow David on social media and like his take on life. I rowed in college with former Seals, I value their opinions. Goggins has done level 11 crazy physical things. His message is inspiring. Get the book, read it...let him help you find that warrior you once were.
