Great product
I recently purchased 2 of these filters for my 2002 passat w8 and my 2003 passat w8 wagon. As expected with a wix product the quality was great and install went smooth without any issues. I will say for those that purchase this kit that it comes with a rubber gasket and not the paper one used factory. There are no issues with the rubber gasket, but dont over tighten bolts or it will bend the pan sealing edge and leak. I just tighten mine medium snug with my hand right over the head of the ratchet. Ive had zero leaks and zero issues. Otherwise great product. Highly recommend.

Good buy
Haven't used them yet as I am restoring an older tow dolly and have a lot yet to do. They seem of good quality and I think they will work just fine. I'm giving 4 stars being I haven't used them yet but wouldn't hesitate to buy again even now.

Not recommended by me
1 of 1 found this helpful Bought these regardless of others low reviews. Ive had good luck with products in the past that others have reviewed as poor. This product is as others have said and is cheaply made of plastic and is garbage. I literally threw these away. If your looking for a good product, look elsewhere and save your money. This might work as a gag gift but thats about it. Seriously save your money and buy the better more expesive real ones. These were a dissappointment but hey i gave it a shot.
