  Confirmed the date time etc. with the seller to have the item collected. The courier went to the address to collect but no one answered. Contacted the seller while the courier was still at the address waiting only to be informed that the item belonged to their father and he had sold it without informing them to take the eBay listing down. I was expecting an immediate refund of my money but NOTHING was refunded even after repeated requests. Finally had to get Ebay involved to recover my money.
