Cheesy 80's scifi with a twist!
1 of 2 found this helpful Biggles (as some will know), is a stiff upper lipped british flying ace, his adventures charted through world wars 1 and 2 and beyond in over one hundred books written by Captain W. E. Johns between 1932 and 1970.
This film features biggles, and does include lots of 'the hun' and some sopwith camel action, but is more sci fi than wartime adventure, with a character from the 1980's (very very very 80's!) being repeatedly thrust backwards and forwards in time to aid biggles in times of need, bringing with him his strange modern ways, and amazing 'futuristic' devices.
Overall, it's fun, very cheesy, and really only worth buying if (like me) you used to love it as a kid :)
