  This item arrived on time I like very much only problem with the knife after I used it for few minutes I noticed some parts fell of and 1 screw I this guys are amazing for customer service they give me a different option what I like to do and we agreed to refund a small amount super but I tried to reach this manufacturer and I haven’t heard back from them very disappointed and now I have a knife broke and no parts to fix it
