A useful tool but not accurate enough.
1 of 1 found this helpful Fitbit is a useful tool how ever the sleep cycles are in accurate as you start a sleep say on a Sunday night but it actually logs it as Monday's sleep. Also step counting counts when driving a vehicle i.e a truck over rough roads etc. so if using a vehicle it would be best to leave it off until you actually are walking.
