  when item was delivered the mail lady informed me that the shipper did not pay enough shipping so I had to pay an additional $6.10 for her to leave the package. after opening the package I noticed it was not even the item I ordered. the shipper included a hand written letter informing me they did not have the item I ordered in stock so they sent me something else. they should have sent me a message informing me they were out of stock before shipping me something else. not happy at all.
