  Contacted the seller who agreed to post the item. After numerous message exchanges he refused to do so and cancelled the sale. Relisted the item for a much higher price so he obviously wasn't happy with the outcome of his auction. Buyers beware when you purchase anything from this seller!!

  Unfortunately, while I did agree to post, after the auction I realised that fuel (petrol) is prohibited item for Australia Post and even if I emptied the fuel tank of the saw, it would still be a risk of leakage. My advice from Aus Post was to not post item. I have been on eBay since 2007 and have never had such a difficult buyer. I would have been happy to drop the chainsaw off but he became hostile so I just decided to cancel.
