Texas
I enjoyed the authors first book (The Ayes Of Texas) and decided to collect all three books in the series. The author writes an uncomplicated straight forward action story without overloading the reader with technical details about how things are done.

Soldier
A somewhat disturbing look at the dark side of Vietnam era internal military problems. The only reservation I have about it is that it tends to leave the impression that all command structures were this way. Not a book I would give to a prospective recruit, but would definately recommend to a veteran.
