one of the very best
A sadly overlooked song that has it all. Great, simple lyrics, fine, original arrangement and a memorable and satisfying melody. Eddy Howard inscribed on the cover, "One of the greatest songs I have ever had the pleasure of recording." I think he meant every word!

Excellent story and excellent cast makes it appealing to everybody

a balanced collection
There are so many books containing songs of the Gershwins and most of them feature the same, typical selections, but I find this collection to be the most balanced and satisfying because of the variety of titles. Some are very hard to find by themselves, so this book is worth the price. Being a thick book, I had it spiral bound at a music store so it lays flat and stays open when playing from it. I'm quite happy I found this book.
