Great stuff, just expensive !!
Stuff works great. Make sure you do 2 coats. Also, it will stain your hands, because it is not like regular paint. Hand cleaners will NOT remove the stains, but they wear off in a few days. Don't use a good brush, because it does not clean out of a brush either. Otherwise, seems to stick to rusty metal really well. Remove the loose rust with a scraper, wire brush the rust, then clean it thoroughly with compressed air or a dust brush. Apply and reapply within 2 - 6 hours. Or, let it dry overnight like I did, and sand with 320 grit sandpaper for it to adhere properly.

It fits !!
It fit my existing how water heater vent pipe, allowing me to extend the old pipe up through a new roofover.
