Know the application prior to purchase

Great RAM, but,,,,, Do NOT buy this ram for a Mac. Taking off the heat sinks is not a small task, and runs a heavy risk of damaging the chip. I ruined one of 4 when I tried to remove the heat sinks. My bad.

OK, but...

About 3/8" too long overall. If mounted on an AR weapon, it will get knocked off the rail the very first time a high speed drill is attempted. If it was a little bigger "around" there might be room for the level vial to be on top of the locking mechanism. Well made, but not engineered for rough use.
