Truck has never run so good!!!

This is the third lift pump I've installed over the years. It's a 94 and I've owned it for over 12 years. The guy I bought it from was very good about maintenance and he gave me the fuel pressure gauge setup he used to check it. Stick with me. I've checked it over the years and even after a new pump install it seemed on the low side (not a bad overflow valve). I was having an issue for years where the truck would stumble and smoke at around 1500 rpms. If I got on it it would clear up and run fine. Finally the last pump I installed quit. I installed one of these (after reading another review) and truck runs better than it ever did even when I bought it! Maybe the pumps are wearing prematurely with the low sulfur diesel but so far this pump (for a stock replacement is awesome). The spring in it feels a bit stiffer. Also the primer button works great. Always seemed like I had to pump it forever to prime the system. Got fuel out of the bleeder after 40 pumps or so, with an empty fuel filter! Cummins must have done something right when they designed this pump. Only time will tell on longevity but so far, about 2500 miles this thing is awesome! Pressure it solid and mileage is up. Totally recommend it! Sorry for going on and on.

Awesome boots!!!

I'll admit I think the boots are on the pricey side considering they are made in China but what isn't these days. I'm hoping they last a while for the price. They slip on and off so easily, it makes quick chores like walking the dog in wet grass or taking out the trash much easier. Not a ton of support but they aren't hiking boots. I've worn them all day and they are very comfortable. Like slippers you can work in! Hope they last a long time and I highly recommend them!
