Great Product, Great Price
The bottle was in brand new condition but unfortunately did not work initially. I contacted Thermos and they replaced the smart lid which would not sync, after answering a few troubleshooting questions to establish that I was just not experiencing user error. Thermos has my vote! Works great now and assists me in attaining my daily water intake goals.
