Lovely book
This is a well laid out, practical cookbook but it is also interesting, innovative and attractive. Good photography and presentation make it stimulating and the recipes are not too far beyond those with average cooking skills and an average budget.

An added dimension to the sanctity of Mother Teresa
This book is beautifully written by a priest with a knowledge and understanding of the spiritual trials that Mother Teresa lived with every day. He writes with insight and deep appreciation of Mother Teresa's faith, which was lived with smiling devotion and dedication to her mission among the poor during the unrelieved darkness of her suffering. it is an inspiring testament to her sanctity and mission and to her great love and trust in God. A small book with a compelling message.

Enriching for the spiritual life
This book was written and published in 1981 for priests and ministers but is an inspiring guide for all Christians living in a fast paced world and longing for spiritual peace and growth. All Christians are called to reflection and growth in Jesus Christ but often the busy-ness and chaos of the world distracts us from the central focus on God and prevents us from radiating God into the world through a serene, joyful and balanced example. The Desert Fathers (and Mothers) can point the way forward and Henri Nouwen uses their lives and teaching to show us how to constantly access the Living Water that sustains us.
