  Bought a kindle that just didn't work - frozen screen, wouldn't hold its charge. Seller was pushy and hostile and didn't want to give a full refund, offering nothing, then 50%, then 70%, then everything but the postage. Got full refund in the end, but it wasn't fun, and I wasted a lot of time trying to sort it out and it meant my daughter had a late birthday present. Wouldn't buy from them again.

  I wasn't pushy or hostile. You sent me a couple of messages, I answered immediately, so it wasn't 'a lot of time'. You bought a 2016 kindle and even told me in a message you knew there was the possibility of the lithium battery not holding the charge because of its age. Lets get facts straight. I originally offered you half,and to keep the kindle, then full price minus postage and to keep it. You chose a cheap gift for your daughter! You're the kind of ebayer who gives this site a bad name.
