I was surprised by this. Good value, and functional product
I previously used Redline MT-90 in my Corolla manual 5-spd gearbox because I'd been reading too much about GL-5 oils being bad for manual synchros and a car forum people had been recommending it as a suitable replacement.
A year of difficult shifts later, I drained out the MT-90 and put in some of this Amsoil. It started to feel easier to shift over the coming months.
What impressed me is that when I drained the Amsoil out a year later to check, it still looked relatively clean, although several shades darker than when new. Unlike the MT-90, which went in looking pink, and came out looking opaque green-tinted black with a sparkly pearlescent surface like glitter. Scared me to think where the metal came from to give it that appearance.
Though better, shifts still weren't perfect with the Amsoil MTG, but at the same time I couldn't care less as long as the Amsoil isn't damaging my transmission. To be fair, perhaps the Redline product suits Corollas made in other countries, but mine just didn't like it. So that's where the truth rests for me.

Fancy features + colorful display just barely makes up for dubious quality
The battery compartment was missing its contact plate along one end. Therefor, no contact, no current, no backup power. I jerry-rigged a solution with a piece of metal.
The temperature readings appear to be quite dubious. But at least the time and projection functions have worked well. Don't expect spectacular projection quality though, e.g contrast and sharpness at more than 40cms starts to tank.
I certainly wouldn't pay more than the $13 I did for this clock. The quality is exactly worth that much, no more. It does the job and will do fine as an interesting, if only temporary, replacement clock till I find a nicer one.
If you like gizmos and gadgets, I think you'll be satisfied with this purchase as a stopgap while you find your forever clock

Seems to work OK
So far, it seems to work as well as the previous battery it replaced. Holds charge just fine. Charges up as fast as the original. I'm not sure if it will last as long as the original as I have not owned it long enough. But it claims to be original OEM battery so I wouldn't expect any differences. It came in some pretty generic and lightweight packaging, which I feel could've been better, hence the 4 stars.
And, most importantly, it doesn't get any hotter than the original, and my house hasn't burnt down yet. YMMV but I will buy this particular item again if it looks like the supplier hasn't changed.
