  Received only 90 pieces of a 100 piece lot. Messaged the seller concerning this the same day the package arrived, noting in the message that as the lot price was $29.99 pre-shipping they could simply refund me 10% of the lot price ($3) and we could leave it at that. Seller responded saying they could do that or mail me the missing 10, to which I replied the $3 refund was preferred. That was fully two weeks ago, seller has been unresponsive since. Was still a good price for the items, but eh...
