Very responsive. Replied within a few minutes. Only reason three star for the item is that I was sent the wrong item; ordered an Ultra Weight comforter and received a Light Weight comforter. The Light Weight comforter was in fine condition, just the wrong item - but they gave me a partial refund, which is what I requested.
