IR Issues. Camera stays in b&w after daybreak.

The camera arrived and was in good condition but the first night it had issues. The camera started off in color but after the IR turned on at night it stayed black and white once it was daylight. I have to unplug the camera to get it back in color. This happens every day :( The image quality is good and it is clear but there is something wrong with the camera.
