  Massively angry, ordered a DVD for just under $15 and arrived completely unusable - contents inside package were soaked wet and disc no longer works. Postage took longer than advertised and I can’t even use the DVD I bought. No refunds either - what the actual.

  The DVD was fine when I posted it so it must have got wet within the Australia Post process. We had torrential rain and flooding here in Port Stephens for about a week. I posted the DVD the day after you paid. Roads were closed here and Australia Post would have had difficulty picking up the mail. You have said "No refunds either". Well, I received your refund request a couple of hours ago and I immediately refunded you the money!
