Love my cubbies
Love the Cub. It's an excellent, reasonable, low cost trainer. You can crash it multiple times and with a little glue and sometimes tape, it's back flying.

Once you have a backlight on your transmitter, you'll never want to go without.
I can't speak to it being durable. I've had multiple backlight units and they've all held up, never had a problem with them.

I really like Shoei Helmets, couldn't be happier with my new Neotec2
My first Shoei helmet was an RJ Platinum, I really liked that helmet. At some point I decided to go with a full-face helmet but really liked the idea of a modular, so I shopped around for a white and landed on a Shoei Multitec. That was a great helmet too. I rode with that helmet for 5 years. When the neotec came out I upgraded to it about a year or two after it was in production. A recent accident killed the Neotec so I was ready for a new helmet. I knew I wanted the Neotec2, but wasn't crazy about the communication options. The optional SRL system looks okay but you can't charge it while it's in use. So if it craps out in the middle of a ride, you can't use it until it's re-charged. I'd also heard that installing my existing Sena 20S wasn't fun or easy. Well, I'm happy to say that the helmet is great. It needs time to break in, but is comfortable and really luxurious inside. Also, the 20s while needing to use the adhesive mounting plate works just fine even if it is close to the control for the internal drop-down sun visor. Ultimately I may need to get the 31mm cheek pads, I'll wait until I have a thousand or so miles on it. I was lucky to find a great deal on the helmet so I couldn't be happier.
