A late short review
I had this for a while and I used it because of the noise my internal soundboard was making for mic-in. I cannot know if this product could work correctly because the driver from the mini CD is useless on a win 7 machine (or higher for that matter). The build quality of the product that I received was low because the plastic covers were not a good fit for the peripherals. From the usage of this product I tried to use: the mic-in and it works correctly but I can't say if it was stereo, the out peripherals are useless without the driver (or from that which is provided by windows) because the sound is mostly concentrated on the "front out" leaving the other two with some awkward frequency cuts.

Not for me...
1 of 1 found this helpful This product is kinda usless if you buy it guessing (like me). If the VGA-in of a PC monitor doesn't support the RCA signal, i.e. from a PS2, you're better of with a converter box. Only if you have a converter with just VGA-in would you need this cable. The cable seems to be of good quality tough.
