AutoCAD Architecture 2008... excellent for Architects and Designers!
I'm finding this program to be very compelling. You not only are able to design Architectural structures in 3D (with massing tools to aid in design development) but learn material properties, their relationship to each other and the needed details for proper construction.
And then there’s the space planning tools also for insuring the needed functionality of what is being designed.
This is, of course, an older version of the program (and I was lucky to find it on eBay at a price within my budget) so am sure the changes that have been made to it in the last seven+ years have made it now even more compelling. I hope that someday (soon) I am able to upgrade to a much newer version and learn even more —from the features that Autodesk have added to it.

Works well.
1 of 1 found this helpful It's a convenient screwdriver and with the impact feature it's surprising the power it can put out.
It's a cordless tool I wish I'd known about years ago.
Also $24 I think is a pretty reasonable price.
