110/220 160 amp arc welder
5 of 5 found this helpful This welder performs very well smooth and easy to start arcs. I replaced the cheap cca 4ga cable with good quality 1awg copper 20ft stinger and 10ft ground with a nice 500amp clamp and it works flawlessly burns 1/8 6013 at 80-85amps with 3/16 penetration smoothly. I also replaced the positive side connector with a red one just for personal preference. Over all great welder for the price.

Over rated power

Loose fit
I purchased 7 of these guards and of those 7 only 3 fit snug and secure the rest had excessive slop and would move around when you brushed your finger against it
