A good suppliment
I use this as part of many suppliments taken for my Multiple Sclerosis managment regime, so cannot be specific as to the specific benefits of this product.

Replacement for older version - RIP!
This version seems tighter than the last. I am size 8 Womans. I don't think any bigger would be comfortable if the liner was kept in. I also think that it is not quite so 'hot' as quickly as the older one, but maybe it's a Health & Safety thing...? it does get me 'ice bergs' flowing again!
